No. This is an intensive program officially 80 weeks long of studies with multiple courses that she has passed with an average of at least 80% in each. When you come to Natasha for Nutritional advice, you are getting serious knowledge that she will be able to navigate depending on your specific needs. She is confident to be able to guide you knowing the pros and cons of multiple diet programs, ways of eating and nourishment, including the mind-body connection. Her role is to evaluate a client’s nutritional needs by identifying symptoms that indicate health imbalances. She can provide individualized health plans, which include nutrient-dense whole foods, lifestyle recommendations and/or natural source supplements in order to help bring the client’s health back to a state of equilibrium. She assesses her clients’ health through one-on-one consultations and focused questionnaires and then can provide health and lifestyle recommendations that are tailored to the individual’s needs.

-Addressing digestion, detoxification, assimilation and elimination.

-Support the body nutritionally, to help it normalize or rebalance itself according to what it's particular nutritional needs are at the time regardless of any disease which may or may not be present.

-Give complimentary advice to any therapy and work co-operatively with other disciplines, holistic or allopathic, to best serve the client’s need.

.-Teach, guide, facilitate, consult and coach.

-Provide nutritional symptomatology to pinpoint nutritional inadequacies that can be corrected by changes in diet or food supplementation.

Natasha's professional titles are the following - Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant (explained above), Registered Massage Therapist, and Certified Lensen Therapist.
